The cinemas are owned and operated in Australia by Village Roadshow-Amalgamated Holdings Limited (AHL) joint venture Australian Theatres, in New Zealand by AHL, and in Fiji by a joint venture between AHL and local investors. The brand was launched with live 3D screenings of FIFA World Cup 2010 matches.
